Style, motorsport and music at the Milan Ferrari Store

On Wednesday evening, the Ferrari Store in Milan played host to a chic, motorsport-focused Christmas cocktail party organised in conjunction with Mondadori’s ICON magazine. The event was attended by celebrities from the world of fashion and entertainment and, of course, the Scuderia Ferrari’s own test-drivers, Giancarlo Fisichella and Andrea Bertolini, the latter fresh from an extraordinary season that saw him win the World Endurance Championship in the SMP Racing Ferrari 458 Italia and, of course, his first 24 Hours of Le Mans. Also there was the Ferrari Academy driver Antonio Fuoco who competed in this season’s GP3 championship, a feeder series to the F1 World Championship.

A magnet for Prancing Horse enthusiasts and fashionistas alike, the Milan Ferrari Store proved the perfect venue for an evening of motorsport and, also, music, thanks to the presence of DJ Stefano Fontana amongst the throng of guests.

One of the most eagerly-awaited moments of the evening was a challenge in the incredibly realistic simulators. Needless to say, the lion’s share of the action was delivered by the Ferrari drivers. Fuoco, Fisichella and Bertolini competed against each other before pitting themselves against some of the guests who couldn’t resist the temptation of jumping into the cockpit of a genuine F1 car and trying their hand on some of the most iconic circuits in motorsport. The guests, of course, had a wonderful time and were astonished by the realism and intensity of the simulator experience.
